What is Singles Strong?
Singles Strong is a 5-week training experience that combines on-court singles development with weekly vibroacoustic reset sessions.
It is designed to help players improve movement, develop a more controlled game, build stamina, and learn how to regulate, recover, and stay composed under pressure.

What is included?
Most pickleball lessons focus only on drills and technique. Singles Strong combines skill development, stamina-building, reflection, and nervous-system reset work so players can better understand what breaks down in their game and how to respond.

Singles Strong is not an all-in-one singles curriculum or a quick-fix clinic. It is a focused, foundational program designed to help players understand their game, practice with intention, and continue developing after the program ends.
